Vexilonarctiqjp s. r. o., with registered office at Mlynské Nivy 12, 821 09 Bratislava, Company No.: 56 482 197 (the "Controller"), processes the personal data of visitors to its website vexilonarctiqjp.com in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data, as amended.

We process the name and email address you provide through the forms on our website, and technical data (IP address, browser type, visit data) collected through cookies.
3. Purpose of processing
We process your personal data in order to send you information about investment opportunities you have requested, marketing communications based on your consent, the fulfilment of legal obligations and the statistical analysis of website traffic.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Retention period
We keep your personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship, but no longer than 10 years from the date they are provided, or until you withdraw your consent. After this period the data are securely destroyed.

You may withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
7. Recipients of the data
Your personal data may be disclosed to our contractual processors (email service provider, hosting, analytics tools). We have data processing agreements in place with all of them.
