Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Vexilonarctiqjp s. r. o., Company No.: 56 482 197, with registered office at Mlynské Nivy 12, 821 09 Bratislava, as the operator of the real estate crowdfunding platform, and the users of this platform.
1. Introductory provisions
Vexilonarctiqjp s. r. o. is a crowdfunding service provider (ECSP) within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 October 2020, holding licence no. NBS-CRF-2026/0042 issued by the National Bank of Slovakia.
2. Subject of the service
The platform connects developers of residential and commercial real estate projects on the territory of the Slovak Republic with investors who wish to participate in the financing of such projects via collective investment.
3. Registration and investor verification
Before making an investment the user must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) verification. We reserve the right to refuse registration to persons who do not meet the legal requirements.
4. Investment conditions
The minimum investment amount per project is €100. Under the ECSP rules, non-sophisticated investors are subject to a recommended limit of €1,000 or 5% of net worth per single investment. Every project includes a mandatory Key Investment Information Sheet (KIIS).
5. Investment risks
Investing in real estate involves risks including the loss of part or all of the invested amount, construction delays, lower than expected yield and illiquidity of the investment. Past performance is no guarantee of future returns.
6. Withdrawal from the investment
In accordance with ECSP rules, you as a non-sophisticated investor have a reflection period of 4 calendar days during which you may withdraw your investment offer without any penalty.
7. Fees
Vexilonarctiqjp does not charge any entry fees to investors. Our remuneration comes exclusively from fees paid by project developers and disclosed in the documentation of each project.
8. Dispute resolution
Any disputes will be resolved primarily through amicable agreement. If this fails, the dispute will be submitted to the courts of the Slovak Republic based on the seat of the operator. Consumer disputes may also be resolved through the Slovak Trade Inspection's alternative dispute resolution scheme.
